Adopting a Crew Member
To adopt a Crew member you've fallen in love with, email me at debora@newavenuecrew.com.
For buyers outside the United States, the shipping and tax costs can be high for some countries. Any customs or import fees are also the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping
Your adopted bear will be packaged carefully by me and shipped by USPS. Insurance and packaging are part of the total shipping cost.
For buyers outside the United States, the shipping and tax costs can be high for some countries. Any customs or import fees are also the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns
In the event that a return is necessary, you must notify me within 2 days of the bear's arrival. The bear must then be promptly returned to me (within 10 business days) in its original condition, in its original packaging, with no acquired odors. Shipping and insurance costs will not be refunded.
